There are many factors that effect how your Helium Hotspot performs over time.

Local factors include your own setup, the device you own (nebra, rak, bobcat etc) and its capabilities, the storage used on it, placement, antenna and cable choice.

Environmental factors include the placement of the Antenna, the Miner, local interference from other devices, the terrain, buildings, trees.

Still, other factors include the installation choices made by other people in your area deploying hotspots. If their placement is bad, your ability to network with them will be effected.

The quality of connection your local network provides, the choice of cable, what’s happening in the environment around you all effect your hotspots performance and therefore, it’s ability to earn.

We offer a range of Hotspot Upgrade and Optimization Services that help with some of these issues.
